Pre embedded parts, steel suspension rods, and steel suspension rods in suspended ceiling engineering should be treated with rust prevention or anti-corrosion measures; When the upper part of the ceiling is used as a static pressure box, the joints between the embedded parts and the floor or wall should be sealed. The support and hanger should be treated with dust-proof measures.

6. The surrounding area of openings for air filters, lighting fixtures, smoke detectors, speakers, and various pipelines passing through suspended ceilings should be flat, tight, clean, and sealed with non combustible sealing materials. The surrounding area of the concealed engineering maintenance port should be sealed with sealing gaskets.
7. The elevation, size, arching, and inter panel gaps of the suspended ceiling should meet the design requirements. The gap between boards should be consistent, and the error of each gap between boards should not exceed 0.5mm; And seal it evenly with sealant, achieving flatness, smoothness, slightly lower than the board surface, without interruption or impurities. 8. The material, variety, specifications, etc. of the ceiling decoration should meet the design requirements, and the product performance should be checked.
9. The installation of suspension rods, keels, and decorative panels must be safe and secure.
10. The material, specifications, installation spacing, and connection method of the suspension rod and keel should meet the design requirements. Metal suspension rods and keels should undergo surface anti-corrosion treatment, and after treatment, they should have dust-free and mold resistant properties.
11. The distance between the suspension rod and the end of the main keel shall not exceed 300mm. When it exceeds 300mm, additional suspension rods shall be added. The spacing between suspension rods should be less than 1.5m.
12. The surface of the ceiling decoration should be clean, smooth, consistent in color, and free from warping, cracks, and defects; It shall not produce mold or dust.
13. The joints of metal suspension rods and keels should be uniform and consistent, the corner joints should match, the surface should be flat, and there should be no warping or hammering marks.
