- Pre installation inspection of air ducts in cleanroom. The installation site or operating area should be cleaned of debris, and the production quality of air ducts and their accessories, as well as the production and installation quality of air duct supports and hangers in the dust-free workshop, should be checked.
For example, the steel sections and their screw holes for cutting off supports, hangers, and brackets should be machined and not cut by electrical welding; Supports and hangers should not be installed at air vents, valves, inspection doors, and automatic control devices.
The assembly and connection length of the air ducts in the cleanroom should be determined according to the construction site conditions and lifting equipment on site. The sealing material used for connecting the air ducts in the cleanroom should meet the technical requirements for system functionality.
For example, in dust-free workshops that transport air or smoke with a temperature higher than 70 ℃, heat-resistant rubber sheets or non combustible temperature resistant and fire-resistant materials should be used for smoke prevention and exhaust systems; When transporting gases containing corrosive media, acid resistant rubber sheets or soft polyvinyl chloride sheets should be used.
The procedure for installing air ducts in a cleanroom is usually to start with the upper layer and then the lower layer, start with the main pipe and then the branch pipe, and start with the vertical pipe and then the horizontal pipe. Attention should be paid when positioning, for example, when using a lifting group to lift the air ducts in the cleanroom, surface protection should be strengthened, attention should be paid to the center of gravity of the lifting point, to ensure stable and safe lifting, and to prevent twisting, bending, and deformation of the cleanroom air ducts. If necessary, measures should be taken to prevent deformation.
The measure taken for the air duct in the dust-free workshop to pass through the fire-resistant and explosion-proof floor or wall that needs to be sealed is. Pre embedded pipes or protective sleeves with a steel plate thickness of not less than 1.6mm should be installed, and non combustible flexible materials should be used to seal the gap between the cleanroom air duct and the protective sleeve. When the cleanroom air duct passes through the deformation joint space of the building, a flexible short pipe should be installed. When the cleanroom air duct passes through the deformation joint wall of the building, a steel sleeve should be installed. The gap between the cleanroom air duct and the sleeve should be filled tightly with flexible waterproof material.
Installation requirements for air valves. The direction should be correct, easy to operate, and the startup should be flexible. Fire dampers, silencing elbows, or elbows and tees with a side length (diameter) greater than or equal to 630mm or a side length (diameter) greater than 1250mm should be equipped with independent supports and hangers. When installing mufflers and static pressure boxes, separate supports and hangers should be set up and firmly fixed.
